T-Systems Japan K.K.
T-Systems Japan K.K., originally Deutsche Telekom K.K., was established in in 1990, as one of Deutsche Telekom AG’s first overseas subsidiaries. The company was renamed to its current name in 2001, following Deutsche Telekom’s acquisition of debis Systemhaus from DaimlerChrysler over the period from 2000 to 2002, and the subsequent strategic realignment of the Deutsche Telekom Group structure. In 2006, T-Systems Japan acquired the entire business of gedas Japan through a business transfer, in association with T-Systems’ acquisition of gedas from Volkswagen, enhancing expertise in the Automotive Industry.
Today, T-Systems Japan serves Multi-National and Large Corporations with cross-industry ICT solutions such as Network, Desktop and Computing Services and HR Business Process Outsourcing, and in addition, the Automotive Industry with industry-specific ICT solutions such as Product Lifecycle Management, all from a single source.
